Roasting

As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is soft on the palate, and then softens into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa bean from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a cup which can be enjoyed on its own or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges well.

When making this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel with some off the boiling water to ensure that it stays warm and ready for brew.
